Specification:
Application: Be used in fire-resistant layer and heat-resistant reinforced layer for fire-resistant and heat-resistant cables.
With strong insulation and fire resistance function, which is the most ideal material for manufacturing fire resistance cable. We are specialized in manufacturing: single-side and double-side phlogopite mica tape ( temperature resistance about 850°C), single-side and double-side synthetic mica tape ( temperature resistance about 950°C), single-side and double-side calcined mica tape ( temperature resistance about 900°C). It use special combination machine for mica tape with silica glue, it will form that mica paper have 2 sides protection layer with insulation and enhance function. The fire-resistant of mica tape is determined by mica paper types (phlogopite mica paper, synthetic mica paper and calcined mica paper) and its content. The base cloth and film on mica tape surface just can only increase tensile strength and insulation,and can't have fire-resistant function, because mica paper has no tensile strength, it will easy to break and delaminate, if we use glass fiber as base cloth, it will have no elongation, if we use high temperature polyester nylon mixed glass fiber as base cloth, it will have good elongation, this base cloth combine with mica paper which will high tensile strength and the fire-resistant property remain the same.
We manufacture two kinds of mica tape: one with good elongation, another without elongation.- The advantages for elongation type:
1. With unique elongation and good elasticity, wrap tightly, no easily cracking, it can't be formed big diameter of cable.(mica tape in current market has no elongation, no elasticity, wrap loosely, wrap speed is very slow.
2. Peeling strength is 2 times of ordinary product in current market, when it is in high speed wrapping, it will not be cracked and delaminated. (delamination of mica tape in current market is a common phenomenon)
3. The weight of this product is very light which is 10% lighter of the similar product.
4. The high temperature-resistant grade is very high, we use the high performance high temperature-resistant glue as binder, after this binder fire, the mice tape surface will form a thin crusting, this crusting can be stand more than 2000°C.
2. Equipment advantages:
